Analyzing the Differences of Two Different Number of Grooves Angle in Compact Spinning with Inspiratory Groove Spinning Process
In this paper, MATLAB program is written to simulate the movement of fiber in the gathering compacting area,simulating feeding fiber strips respectively at different distances from left oblique to the gathering area of the different number of grooves angle in compact spinning with inspiratory groove.Analyze the influence of spinning process feeding fiber strips to the gathering area of the inspiratory groove compact spinning at different distance from left oblique and differences in the yarn process of the airflow groove with different number of grooves angle.The results show two points: Firstly;the number of additional twist formed on the yarns by feeding fiber strips from different left partial distance is different.Fiber strips feed from the longer distance of the left and the yarn forms more additional twists but the stability of forming yarn is weakened.Secondly, the difference number of the grooves angle in compact spinning with inspiratory groove has different effects on the twisting of the fiber agglomerated yarn.The number of groove chamfering is greater, and the number of additional twist is the more.But because of the greater the groove gradient, the stability of the yarn is weakened and the breaking rate is increased.
