Study on Chinas T&A Enterprises Overseas Layout

摘要：

　　Textile industry is a traditional advantageous industry in China.But at present it faces some problems including rising cost of employment and raw materials, trade barriers and various heavy tax burdens.To further play the competitive advantage of Chinas T&A industry, Chinas T&A enterprises going out and has already invested globally.Based on several cases,the paper analyzes the current overseas investment situation of Chinas T&A enterprises in developing economies and developed economies, and points out the main problems existing in the current overseas investment circumstance.
