Introduction Recently, antibiotic resistance gene (ARG) has become an increasing concerned issue.It has been detected widely in environment, which is a threat for peoples health.One important reason for ARG spreading is horizontal gene transfer (HGT), which played an important role for the increasing mass of ARG in environment (MUNIR et al., 2011).
