1 Research background Nitrogen is an important element in organism composition and growth metabolism, as well as the significant resource in maintaining the sustainable development of human social economic system.However, with the accelerated industrialization and urbanization process,the consumption of fossil fuels, crop acreage and fertilizer application rate have increased significantly due to population explosion.
