Assessing ecological security based on fishnet: A case study of Guiyang City

　　In this paper, with the support of GIS and RS, taking Guiyang City as an example, using Landsat TM images to extract information of land use and normalized difference vegetation index, combined with the river, the residents, soil erosion and DEM data, developed an indicator framework of ecological security assessment based on P-S-R mod-el, at the same time, used fishnet model in ArcGIS 10.0 to fuse multiple heterogeneous data and produced a ecological security evaluation model to evaluate ecological security at fishnet scale.
