Research of the comprehensive improvement effectiveness assessment of coal mine subsided land under the ecological civilization

摘要：

　　Because of coal resource exploitation, different degrees of land disturbance and destruction are caused.But the land is a spatial carrier of the human society development, the protection and reasonable exploitation and utilization of the land are demands of ecological civilization based on sustainable green development.Therefore, it is a great significance that strengthen the comprehensive improvement of coalmine subsided land and ensure its effect.Based on the impacts of comprehensive improvement on the ecological civilization construction, this paper analyzes its improvement effect on the regional ecological environment and optimizes and build the effect of the comprehensive evaluation index system of coalmine subsided area through the factor analysis method.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate improvement effect to clear improvement significances in different mine life cycle stages, and to promote reasonable improvement of coalmine subsided land and regional ecological civilization construction.
