Study on the treatment method of stripping soil in an opencast mining area based on trade background

　　Land is a scarce resources, so rational use and protect is very important.This paper based on the trade context studied a new method for treating peeling soil in opencast mine.Research purposes:Through established the trading system of stripped topsoil resources protect ecological environment in stripped zone and coverage zone, increase the available land area.Research content: This paper analyzes the differences about mines reclamation between domestic and foreign, puts forward the trading system of soil stripping, and demonstrates its economic, social and ecological feasibility.Expected research results:Establishing the basic framework of the soil trading system;Maximizing use of stripped soil, increasing the available land area, and easing land conflicts;Providing the basis for the government formulate relevant policies and other scholars carry out land-related research.
