Adsorption performance investigation of heavy metals in acid mine drainage by the microbial method
Compared with traditional methods such as neutralization precipitation, and sulfide precipitation, microbial method has many advantages like low cost, high efficiency, wide pH range and small secondary pollution, recyclable etc.The study aimed at low pH and high concentration of heavy metals ions in the acidic mining wastewater, through the screening of strains, strengthen the resistance to acid,heavy metal irons, a plant under the condition of strong acid to remove heavy metal irons has higher ability of the strains come out, and analyzed the factors to affect the strain of cooper removal efficiency,primarily explore the mechanism of the bacteria to remove heavy metal irons, provide theoretical support for the microbial method.
