Preparation of platinum nano / chitosan / graphene modified electrode and determination of guanine
In this paper ,chitosan / graphene electrode was prepared by drop coating method.The platinum nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of chitosan / graphene electrodes by electrodepositionThe prepared electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The electrochemical behavior of guanine (G) on the composite electrode was studied,the experimental results showed that the modified electrode had obvious electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of guanine (G).The influence of the number of cycles, pH value and scanning rate on the current of guanine (G) oxidation was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.1 mol / L phosphate buffer.The guanine (G) was detected by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and the oxidation peak current and concentration of guanine (G) showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0 ×10-7 to 1.0 × 10-5 (1), the linear equation is I (μA) =2.08001-1.92423C (10-5mol / L), and the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.99769.In addition, the modified electrode has good sensitivity, stability and reproducibility, and a new method for the detection of guanine (G) is constructed.
