Research on Functional Planning of Jinqiao International Warehousing Logistics Park
Jinqiao International City is Hunans key construction project.Research on functional planning for Jinqiao International Warehousing Logistics Park has been conducted in this paper, to adequately promote investment and future development of Jinqiao International Citys Commercial Zone.This paper provides the context for Jinqiao International Warehousing Logistics Park project.Based on regional investigation and functional requirements of Jinqiao International Warehousing Logistics Park, basic, extended service and support service functions were designed and planned for short, medium and long term periods.As per research results, the planning area of each functional zone was calculated.Finally, correlation analysis was conducted for the functional zones at Jinqiao International Warehousing Logistics Park, using an SLP method, and a functional layout chart was drawn for the Park, where the operational flow lines have been indicated.This paper serves as a reference point for functional planning of similar logistic parks in China.
