On Research and Practice of Cold Chain Logistics Centers Systematic Planning
Along with speedy development of cold chain logistics industry, scientific planning and construction of cold chain logistics center becomes an urgent requirement, which will directly influence the strategic positioning and development of enterprises.In accordance with System Engineering Theory and by analyzing both domestic and abroad planning and design of cold chain logistics center, this essay explored the location choosing, scale deciding, outlay of functional areas, assessing plans and planning of information platform, so as to make the planning of cold chain logistics center more systematically.And it takes Yiyang Cold Chain Logistics Center as an example and does the practical researches.When using SLP to do functional areas planning and designing, it did some suitable adjustment in accordance with cold chain logisticsfeatures on the basis of general planning methods, and by applying the fuzzy comprehensive model it assessed the planning to find out the best plan.The planning and construction of information platform will improve the operation efficiency of cold chain logistics center and support food safety and supervision of the government to a large extent.
