Research on Applications of Data Analysis Technology in Inventory Optimization
Under the traditional supply chain management mode which is lack of demand management, all market fluctuations of pressure transferred in the inventory.The traditional inventory management mode cant cope with the challenge of new market, but the rise of data analysis technology brings new solutions to this problem.For solving the problems of the enterprises existing inventory management through the advanced data analysis technology, I read many relevant literatures and analyzed the inventory management plan of some enterprises, and summed up the existing problems by combining with the results of the field survey.Then I explored the innovation and efficiency when the enterprises carried on the demand forecasting, automatic replenishment, health inventory, which is based on the data analysis technology.After that, I carried on demonstration analysis through a solid example, took Jing-dong Mall which is using data analysis technology as an example to analyze the improvement for inventory optimization and enterprise performance.And looked back to current development of enterprises, gave different suggestions to enterprises with different levels of development when using data analysis technology to solve inventory management problems.
