The Analysis on Blocking Model of The Last Kilometer in E-commerce Express Logistics

　　The article below firstly analyzes the current condition of e-commerce express logistics and the problem of the last kilometer of express logistics in cities.Based on the Nash Equilibrium, the game model of express logistics blocking has been built.Through analyzing the reason of express logistics blocking,combined with the express industry development status, inferred we shall start with the increase on the largest express service numbers, Rely on big data and collaborative technology, utilize modern high-technology and equipment, Strive to develop urban public transportation and expand logistic width,improve the service capability of the express delivery company to bear more businesses and meet the demands of the online shoppers.
