Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Key Processes Research Based On Food Safety
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of food safety problems caused by the quality of agricultural products in the world, it has brought great harm to peoples health, therefore, consumers pay more attention to the quality of food safety.Because of the fresh agricultural products from the production,storage and transportation, sales to the consumer before each link has high control to temperature, and it is difficult to manage and operate.That we should have effective control of the key process in the cold chain is the key to ensure food safety.Pure milk cold-chain logistics as an example for research, analysis of the three main processes of pure milk raw material receiving, processing and cold storage sales, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution method to quantify the qualitative index, By testing evaluation objects and the most optimal solution and the distance of the pareto solutions to sort, get three main process influence the food safety in the process of cold chain logistics of agricultural products from big to small, in order to the importance of the circulation processing, cold storage sales, raw material receiving, so as to determine the circulation of agricultural products processing for key process.It provides the basis for the cold chain logistics business process management and process optimization effectively to ensure the food safety.At the same time, it did not analyze the agricultural products each process of successive, the result still need further study.
