Cooperation Mechanism of Grain Transportation Alliance based on Revenue Sharing Contract
We had studied the cooperative problems which about the main grain transport in the upstream and downstream logistics enterprises.It through a game model, which build the Grain Logistics Enterprises in the non-cooperation and cooperation, cleared about the profit and cost advantage from building grain transportation services union, discussed the grain transportation service pricing mechanism in both cases,introduced the revenue sharing contract, and gave us the cooperative mechanism which based on the Nash negotiation model and the income distribution of costs, verified the effectiveness of the union model of transportation and cooperation mechanism we designed by an example analysis.
