Discussion to Compensation Management Problems of Small and Medium Private Logistics Enterprises1
The key whether private enterprises can stand firm or not in fierce competitions lies in that the enterprises can retain talent, but the key for the enterprises to retain talent is to establish a kind of compensation system.the importance of compensation management is elaborated on employee satisfaction.The purpose of the research is to better understand compensation problem of small and medium private logistics enterprises and how to establish compensation system.In order to analyze their problems, qualitative approach is held.By means of questionnaire survey of the five small and medium private logistics enterprises in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Industry Zone, the main problems of logistics enterprises are found in their compensation management such as lack of a formal salary survey and unreasonable composition of compensation so on.In the meanwhile, combined with the characteristics of these enterprises, based on theory of responsibility compensation system ,a diversified compensation model is established from three aspects: production,management and sales staff so as to improve management efficiency, which needs to pay specific implementation in the enterprise to understand the feasibility of whether have realistic.
