Research on New Path of Auto Spare Parts Logistics in Integrated Supermarket Way

　　With the anti-monopoly in auto industry in deepen and the transformation of repairs industry, a lot of homogeneous auto parts is being allowed to enter the competition in the market and its logistics path attracts much attention.Through analyzing auto spare parts logistics with SWOT-PEST, the paper will design an auto spare parts supermarket logistics on the basis of the urban joint distribution and establish its operating model and business processes so as to guarantee quality of product and provide services for suppliers and consumers of the entire process of logistics supply chain.
