Research on Uyghur Traditional Textiles Techology-as Hoten Etles Silk Example

摘要：

　　Wool, cotton and silk industries are the three main industries in Uyghur traditional textile.Hotan Etles silk is the most representative of Uyghur traditional textile.The dye and the extraction process is natural, also the process of reeling, spinning, drawing, tying, dying, piercing, weaving is manual.In all kinds of silk production in Xinjiang, Etles silk has historical culture meaning, unique manufacturing technique, color pattern that presents the regional and national characteristics, and environmental-friendly feature.All of these contribute to the traditional textile culture of Uyghur nationality and nation costume culture.It is the carrier of combination of arts, crafts, culture and religion.It is the production of blending of Asian, European, eastern and western culture and art.No matter from the view of historical and cultural folklore or national visual art or traditional textile crafts, it is worth studying deep.
