Eco-friendly Sizing Technology of Cotton Yarns based on a New Ar/O2 Atmospheric Pressure Long-tubular Plasma Continuous Treatment System and Green Sizing Recipe
In the process of textile material production.To ensure the quality of sizing and improve the efficiency of weaving, PVA and PAM as excellent sizing agents have been widely used.But due to PVA is difficult to biodegrade ant ultrafiltration recovery technology are coast much.And the desizing water cannot recycle better in the nature.Choosing natural starch size will cause yarn serousa crisp and brittle, more yarn hairiness and yarn breakage easily.This research developed a new Ar/O2 atmospheric pressure long-tubular plasma continuous treatment system and green size recipe.Using by green sizing recipe and pressure plasma technology, as a clean energy technology to avoid pollute environment by using PVA.Achieve the goal of eco-friendly, energy-saving and clean production.Accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading of textile industry.
