Air-jet Vortex Spinning Technology and its Yarn Structure Research

摘要：

　　The properties of yarns, such as, fiber trajectory in yarn body, the fiber packing density and fiber migration index on yarn cross-section, are mainly affected by the properties of fibers and the structure of yarns.This paper presented the yarn formation mechanism of air-jet vortex spinning based on the analysis of airflow in the nozzle block.The fiber trajectory in vortex yarn body, the fiber packing density and fiber migration distribution on the yarn cross-section also summarized, which can guide the yarn structure differentiation and its product development.
