Studying on End-uses Performance of Yilun Knitted Fabric Treated with Alkali De-weighting Finish
With the increasing demand of living standard, national consumption level keeps growing year after year.There is a big market of fashion purchasing build by a 1.3 billion population.In order to replenish the short supply of cotton fiber, a new type of modified polyester fiber-Yilun fiber has been developed in textile market.For the sake of improving the hydroscopicity of Yilun fiber, the Yilun knitted fiber has been treated with dosages of alkali agent NaOH and accelerator 1 227.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment have been carried out to determine the treating factors, such as: concentration of NaOH, temperature, time and liquor ratio.After treatment and testing,the results show that the optimal combination is 5 g/L,80 ℃, 40 min and 1 : 50.The end-use performance of Yilan fabrics wicking and hand feel have improved, while tensile strength and anti-pilling have decreased.
