Research on Washing Efficiency of Cotton Stained Cloths based on JMP

  In this paper, the influence of the water temperature, washing time, rotating speed, rotating time and stop time on the washing efficiency of standard stained cloth made of sebum, carbon and protein were studied based on a unit of JMP.Regression model of washing parameters and the washing efficiency of different stained cloth were established and analyzed.The results show that under the same washing conditions,washing efficiency of sebum stained cloth was higher than protein stained cloth.The washing efficiency of three stained cloths increased as the washing time and rotating speed increased, but the degree of influence certain washing parameters on the washing efficiency of three stained cloths was slightly different.Among them, the main washing time is the most significant factor of affecting the performance of three stained cloths;Water temperature significantly affected the washing efficiency of sebum or carbon stained cloth, but has no significant effect on the washing efficiency of the protein stained cloth.
