Design and Synthesis of Semiconducting Polymers for High-Performance Field-Effect Transistors
Polymeric field-effect transistors (PFETs) are of great interest for practical applications in active-matrix displays, radiofrequency identification tags, biosensors, and integrated circuits owing to their advantages of low cost, light weight, and mechanical flexibility. In this presentation, I will report design and synthesis of a series of semiconducting polymers, a few results on fabrication and investigation of PFETs,1-6 particularly on device interfaces and performances.
