Selective Methanol Production from Photoreduction of Co2 On N-Fe Co-Doped Bivo4 Photocatalyst Under Visible Light Irradiation
Recently, BiVO4 (BVO) has been proved to be a promising photocatalyst for oxygen evolution from photocatalytic water splitting.However, because of its poor adsorptive performance, easy combination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs and low conductivity1, there has been few report on photoreduction CO2 by pure BVO2,3.In the present work, monoclinic N-Fe co-doped BVO nanoparticle photocatalyst with different Fe doping concentrations have been synthesized via a sol-gel method.The characterizations by SEM, XRD and XPS confirmed that N and Fe elements were successfully doped into BVO crystalline structure.
