Examining Dynamics in APolymer Matrix by Single Molecule Fluorescence Probes of Different Sizes

摘要：

It is important and challenging to understand the physical origin of glass transition.1-5In this study,local dynamics inside a polymer matrix is examined by single molecule fluorescencemicroscopy.Rotational motion of single fluorescence probes with different sizes doped inside thin films of polyvinylacetate is investigated by defocused single molecule fluorescence microscopy.
