Optically Active Helical Substituted Polyacetylene/Graphene Oxide Hybrid Materials: Preparation and Application

The importance of chiral (macro)molecules has been extensively recognized, well exemplified by chiral drugs.In spite of various artificial chiral helical polymers already prepared,1 unfortunately they have been scarcely explored to functionalize graphene oxide (GO).2 The major reason for this issue is due to lacking easy methodology to efficiently combinate in one entity of the chiral polymers and GO.
