N-Graphence As Anode Materials Fabricated by Cvd Method
Indium tin oxide (ITO) has been widely used as a transparent window electrode.However, there are growing demands for alternative transparent conducting materials due to several issues of ITO.So we report the implementation of continuous, highly flexible, and transparent N-graphene films obtained by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) as transparent conductive electrodes (TCE).N-graphene films were prepared by chemical vapor deposition on quartz glass surface after the synthesis about F127, HMTA and 3-aminophenol according to a certain weight ratio.1Then its performance was studied by UV-vis Spectrophotometer, Keithley 2400 and SEM.
