Impact of Ionic Liquids in PEDOT∶PSS Hole-Injecting Layer on Electroluminescent Performance
Organic light-emitting diode (OLED) has gradually entered our life.Compared with the huge market of liquid crystal display, organic electroluminescent display has a series of defects, such as low yield, high cost and short service life.The device performance is still improved.As an important hole injecting layer, the ability of hole injection for PEDOT∶PSS has a potential to be improved further by ionic liquid doping.
