LAYER-BY-LAYER ASSEMBLED BRUCITE HYBRID SYSTEM FOR FLAME RETARDANT AND SMOKE SUPPRESSION OF EVA COMPOSITES

摘要：

　　An efficient and multifunctional brucite flame retardant agent (Ni-FR) had been fabricated via the layer-by-layer (LbL) assembled technique with cationic brucite, APTES (3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane),nickel chloride and negatively charged sodium alginate.The morphology was characterized by TEM, SEM, FTIR and XPS.EVA/Ni-FR composite exhibits excellent flame retardant, smoke suppression and mechanical properties.
