SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A REACTIVE PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING FLAME RETARDANT

摘要：

　　A new reactive phosphorus-containing flame retardant from 1, 3-Phenylene-Bis-Oxazoline (P-BOX) and 2-carboxyethyl (phenyl) phosphinic acid (CEPPA) was obtained via simple ring-opening reaction.The nylon 6 can exhibit burning class V-0 according to UL (Underwriter Laboratories) 94 with a content of 15% by weight of this flame retardant.
