A NOVEL HIGH CHARRING POLYMER BASED ON FERROCENE: SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND THERMAL PROPERTY
A novel high charring polymer based on ferrocene (PDCFEN) has been successfully synthesized by Aza-Michael addition method.The intermediates 1,1-diacetylferrocene(DAF) was synthesized by Fridel-Crafts and 1,1-dicinnamoylferrocene(DCF) was prepared by Claisen-Schmidt condensations with ultrasound technology, respectively.The synthetic conditions of three products have been optimized.All products were characterized through FT-IR, 1H NMR,13C NMR, LC-MS and GPC.In addition, the thermal degradation property of PDCFEN was investigated by TGA.The TGA result shows that four main weight loss stages can be distinguished.The third stage is obvious different with other ferrocene-based polymer and 62.85% char residue is obtained at 800 ℃.
