THE GREEN SYNTHESIS OF HEXACHLOROTRIPHOSPHAZENE

  Hexachlorotriphosphazene was prepared by the reaction of ammonium chloride with phosphorus pentachloride using ionic liquids as catalyst instead of traditional Lewis acids.The influences of types of catalyst, reaction time and reactant particle size on the yield of the hexachlorotriphosphazene were investigated.Through the optimization of process conditions, this method reduces the discharge of waste water after processing and reduces process costs.The pure product is characterized by IR and melting point.
