STUDY ON FLAME RETARDANT PROPERTIES OF THE COTTON DISPOSED WITH OXIDIZED GRAPHENE AND DIFFERENT IONIC LIQUID BY SELF-ASSEMBLY TECHNIQUE

  Hexachlorotri-phosphazene(HCCP)and 1-methylimidazoleSynthesizedHCCP-nBuMICl by Quaterisation Reaction Method, HCCP-nBuMIPF6 was prepared via HCCP-nBuMICl followed by ion exchange with KPF6.The two kinds of ionic liquid with oxidization graphene were prepared HybridFlame Retardantionic liquid, which were GO/HCCP-nBuMIPF6 and GO/HCCP-nBuMICl ionic liquid.The cotton fabric separately disposed by GO/HCCP-nBuMIPF6 and GO/HCCP-nBuMICl ionic liquid.Analysis and evaluation of flame retardants of these composites were studied by cone calorimeter.The results showed that the heat degradation rate and the heat release rate peak of cotton fabricdisposed by quaterisationionic liquid were significantly lower than that of common cotton fabric, while the carbon residue value of the composites increased.The release value of CO and CO2from smoke reduced.The thermal stability and the flame retardant properties were improved.The cotton fabric disposed by GO/HCCP-nBuMIPF6 was better than the those disposed by GO/HCCP-nBuMICl, the former materials without chlorine accorded with the requirements of green environmental protection.
