Comparison between palletized ground stacking and shuttle AS/RS system used in processed grain warehouse

　　The storage way used widely in processed grain warehouse is ground stacking without pallets.However, this storage way is inferior in mechanization degree and needs lots of manual operation.In order to improve mechanization degree, we study two new storage ways used in processed grain warehouse, namely palletized ground stacking and shuttle AS/RS system.We also analyze the relationship between operation efficiency and shuttle rack bay quantity at turning point by simulation, providing guidance on designing processed warehouse.Finally, a comparison on both two storage ways is given and some suggestions on choosing the way to store processed grain are provided.
