Analysis of collaborative distribution path of terminal logistics based on IOT technology

摘要：

　　As product marketing model has been constantly innovating, IOT technology has been continuously developing of and Supply Chain Collaborative Theory has been progressing scientifically, the status of collaborative distribution of terminal logistics has been highlighted and the potential future of product collaborative distribution has also been enlarged.With the support of IOT technology, this paper illustrates supporting points of IOT technology contributed to collaborative distribution, clarifies the basic structure of collaborative distribution, and analyses the operational mechanism of key phases in distribution join decision, collaborative operation management and joint management on quality.Finally, the implementation path to collaborative distribution of terminal logistics is build.
