摘要：

　　This paper describes the principles and methods of cold chain logistics distribution center location;then builds cold chain logistics distribution center location evaluation index system;and finally combines with the actual case of an enterprise application by using software MCE(Modern Comprehensive Evaluation)draw final conclusions.
