Evaluation of business models of rural supermarket based on entropy weight TOPSIS and balanced score card
Innovation of business model has become an important factor on rural supermarket.Evaluation of the business model can help companies to look at different business models and identify and control risks, improve the success rate of business model innovation.Multiple criteria decision-making research has become a main area of research for business model because of its complexity.The index system of evaluation of business model was constructed based on balanced score card.The evaluation model was explored based on entropy weight TOPSIS for evaluating business model, whose features was subjective data, incomplete, inaccurate.The model was used in evaluation on business model for rural supermarket of Hebei Province, to help the government and entrepreneur in a complicated environment.The evaluation model provides an effective and systematic decision support tool.The model could help rural supermarket make business model design and innovation because of variety of reality facts has been considered.
