　　In the development of the upper Yangtze river economic belt and chongqing-luzhou-yibin port group, as an important logistics nodes and channels, not only national important economic artery of water transportation, is also a foreign import and export trade important port on the mainland.Paper based on the chongqing-luzhou-yibin port group of current source throughput statistics, analysis of the upper Yangtze river port throughput, the development trend of supply and the third largest port cargo throughput analysis supply structure and its characteristic, calculated the source structure and the rationality of the industrial spatial layout, find the upper Yangtze river port group cooperation-cooperation-the division of labor-competitionpath of development, implement the strategy of the Yangtze river economic belt paved the way for the country.
