Feasibility analysis and design optimization of the campus express parcel self-pickup center

摘要：

　　With the rapid development of e-commerce and express delivery industry, the campus express parcel is speeding up.Among the existing campus express models;there are always disadvantages in the last one-kilometer service for the fixed express pickup spots or the temporary spots in the campus gate.This thesis mainly uses the Grey Theory to build model to predict the developing trend of campus express self-pickup center, to make the feasibility analysis of the center by combining the SWOT analysis method, and to optimize the running mode of the Center from the profiting mode and management.
