Supply chain optimization of fast moving consumer goods in revenue-sharing contract based on option theory

　　Fast moving consumer goods is widely present in peoples daily life and increase sharply in recent years.With the development of electronic commerce, the traditional supply and marketing model collapsed.People prefer shopping online, which increases the demand for fast moving consumer goods simultaneously and makes the supply chain competition of fast moving consumer goods more intense.Accordingly, supply chain of fast moving consumer goods needs more research on coordination to improve efficiency and increase benefits.This study aims to improve the cooperation of fast moving consumer goods supply chain.We use contracts to coordinate the supply chain, and propose a combined contract model-the revenue sharing contract based on option theory.The result shows that the combined contract can improve the supply chains total profit while the profits of supplier and retailer are improved simultaneously.
