The security of natural gas strategic reserves in China based on multi objective programming

摘要：

　　This paper considers a problem of strategic reserves of natural gas safety warning.With Chinas natural gas import dependence increased from 29% in 2012 to 33% in 2014, it is urgent to strengthen the research on the safety of strategic reserves of natural gas.A model of security scale natural gas strategic reserves is established.According to the model, the sensitivity of the main parameters is analyzed.It has been shown that the main factors which affect the model results is the demand price elasticity index and natural gas imports average outage scale.Using this approach, efficient strategic reserves of natural gas safety warning policies will be formulated by government departments.
