Effect of Samarat Balanced Fertilizer on the Yield of Mature Tea
Balance fertilization plays a vital role to increase the present yield level.Samarat balanced fertilizer has formulated to fertility and productivity of tea.Fertilizer need to be applied at the level required for optimal crop production based on crop requirement and agro climatic condition.The highest per hectare yield was found by applying the treatment T4(400kg/hac) of Samarat balanced fertilizer but the highest marginal rate of return 587% was obtain by applying 300 kg of Samarat balanced fertilizer.This indicate that if the industry spends an additional amount of taka one hundred it could get an additional amount of taka 587 over control dose.Therefore the most viable economic dose for mature tea was 300 kg of samarat balanced fertilizer
