Transcriptome Analysis for Nitrogen-starvation Responsive Genes in the Roots of Two Tea Genotypes
Nitrogen (N) is an essential macronutrient for tea (Camellia sinenesis L.) growth and a key factor to be considered for developing a high-yielding tea cultivar.N fertilizer has proved to be great influences on tea productivity and tea quality-related components, i.e.polyphenols and amino acids. However, few studies have been focused on the molecular mechanism of how tea roots absorbing N from soil for now.
