Study on the Nondestructive Testing Method of Tea Rolling Quality Based on Electrical Properties

Rolling is the key procedure in the processing of Congou Black Tea.And the rolled twig rate is an important index to determine rolling quality.Due to the lack of effective,quantized, nondestructive and rapid scientific detection methods, the rolling quality is roughly estimated depending on peoples experience.Food structure, shape, density,content, maturity, damage, and electric fields frequency and voltage have relevant effects on its electrical properties.Therefore, studying the change law of electrical parameters such as capacity, inductance and resistance in the rolling procedure , establishing mathematical model with rolling rolled twig rate and realizing rapid and nondestructive testing of rolling quality has practical significance and theoretical guidance for the standardized production of tea.
