Design and Experimental Study of One Black Tea Turning Device

Tea fermentation process determines its color, flavor and quality.With black tea for example, the fermentation process takes some time, this process determines the unique quality of black tea and color, flavor, Whenever the temperature reaches a certain turning operations will be carried out, By turning operations, the tea deblocking sticky shaking loose, let the tea mix in the middle and around, improve the ventilation stack oxygen tea inside to meet the needs of aerobic microorganisms, so that the entire stack of tea up and down, left and right are able to ferment uniform, and ultimately achieve the desired quality results.At present, there is a few tea turning equipment in our country.The turning operations of fermented tea production mainly rely on manual operation,the problems are labor-intensive, poor working conditions, low productivity, clean non-standard.In order to design a turning device innovation, we will analyze the technological characteristics of each link manually turning, the device enables turning,shovel, water, piles and other process requirements once completed.Turning the fermentation process to achieve a timely and efficient operations.The turning work of the tea fermentation process undertaken by the device, both to improve production efficiency,and put workers freed from the heavy manual labor.
