Black tea is highly popular beverage globally.More studies have shown that theaflavins of black tea have significant antioxidative, antifatigue and anticarcinogenic activities, and so on 1-3.Usually, the mixture of theaflavins including theaflavin (TF),theaflavin-3-gallate (TF-3-G), theaflavin-3-gallate (TF-3-G), theaflavin-3, 3-gallate (TF-3, 3-G) could be obtained by solvent extraction, and then be separated by reverse phase liquid chromatography.
