Fully Develop Leisure Sports Major, Build a Well-off Society
With the development of market economy, peoples living standard has been growing, leading to increasing incomes and leisure time.Consequently, people are paying more attention to the quality of life and environment of living, and the care for health and the idea of Health First has been deep rooted in peoples minds.As the national strategy of development is turning gradually to be livelihoodoriented, a series of new polices relating to leisure development has been introduced.Supported by these policies, Chinas leisure development is embarking on a new path which is self-directed, mechanism-triggered, capital-driven, technology-led, and sustainability-featuring.With the rise in peoples incomes, national leisure needs tend to be diversified and leisure spending tends to increase.As a result, the happiness index of the general public grows steadily.Under the new situation of social development, this paper, from the point of developing leisure sports talents to meet the social development needs, attempts to discuss how to fully develop the leisure sports major, and build a well-off society so as to carry out the spirits of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
