Survey on the Current Situations of Shenyang Citizens Participation in Leisure Sports
This research is aimed to explore peoples perception on leisure sports and the facilities shortages, based on the survey on current situations of Shenyang citizens participation in leisure sports.Through literature review, questionnaires and data collections, it is concluded that some people suffer from the state of sub-health because of the stresses from economic, interpersonal relationship and family with the development of our society in a some extent.It causes some apparent or potential physiological and psychological problems.Most people choose the leisure sports for the sake of health or lack of exercises.Currently there are not enough coaches, thus most of the people take the leisure sports without any guidance.The effectiveness cant be guaranteed.The womens participation status is lower than mens.
