Analyses of Restricting Factors of Leisure Sports of the Korean Nationality Teachers in China
By research methods such as questionnaire, interview method and literature method, this paper discusses the participation conditions of leisure sports about the urban teachers of Korean nationality in China from research of restricting factors.The research shows that teachers of different genders and nationalities exist no difference in intrapersonal constraint, interpersonal constraint and structural constraint, however, from the perspective of average value, the degree of constraint of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers, and that of teachers of Korean nationality is higher than that of Han teachers;the structural constraint is significant difference between married teachers and unmarried ones.It appears differences in interpersonal constraint and structural constraint among the teachers of elementary school, junior and senior middle school as well as university.There are no differences among the teachers of different ages in three restricting dimensionalities, but the average value shows a positive correlation between mental constraint degree and the age, the teachers from 30 to 40 years old are most seriously restricted by interpersonal constraint, the older, the smaller constraint suffered from structural constraint;the one who gets more income is less restricted by the intrapersonal constraint and the interpersonal constraint, and more restricted by the structural constraint;there are no significant differences in three dimensionalities of relaxation constraint among teachers with different education backgrounds.
