The Relationships among Emotional Expressivity, Leisure Satisfaction, Affective Loyalty, and Repurchasing Intention for Participants in Group Exercise Programs
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among emotional expressivity, leisure satisfaction, affective commitment, and repurchasing intention for adult participants in group exercise programs.The sample consisted of 419 participants from six sport centers located in Seoul, Korea.Data for this study were obtained by using convenience sampling technique.The data were recorded and analyzed using the SPSS Versin 19.0 statistical computer package.Findings in the present study are as follows: First, the outgoing expression subcomponent in the emotional expressivity construct had positive and significant difference in behavioral construct had positive and significant differences in other background factors such as variables program pattern, age, participation duration, participation frequency.Second, there were statistically significant differences between rational emotion, program pattern, participation duration, and participation frequency.Third, emotional eruption subcomponent in the emotional expressivity construct had positive and significant difference in participation duration, and participation frequency.Fourth, educational satisfaction and social satisfaction subcomponents in the leisure satisfaction construct had positive and significant differences in participation duration, participation frequency, and participation time.Fifth, environmental satisfaction subcomponent in the leisure satisfaction construct had positive and significant difference participation time.Sixth, there were significant differences between repurchasing intention other background factors such as variables program pattern, age, participation duration, participation frequency, and participation time.
